About the Position

Hello! I’m Roman, an investor and serial entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in marketing and digital product creation. I am the Founder & CEO of Zeeks, the Founder of Unilead, and a General Partner at the investment fund NetSolid Investments.

Currently, Zeeks has an open position for a Chief Operating Officer. Our ideal candidate is a specialist who will ensure efficient management of the company’s processes and resources and become a reliable second pilot/partner for me, helping to implement the vision, further develop, and scale the business.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the strategic management of the company.
• Development of the company’s infrastructure, ensuring effective interaction between business units and the operations office (synchronization of processes in all aspects of the company’s activities).
• Change management in the company, implementation of solutions for optimization (efficiency improvement), automation, and systematization of business processes.
• Control over the implementation of the company’s strategy in terms of budget usage, key performance indicators of the teams, and achieving business goals.
• Analysis and optimization of company expenses.
• Resolving unforeseen and ongoing issues that affect the company’s activities.
• Preparing reports for the CEO and shareholders on the company’s performance.
• Data analysis, forecasting, and responding to deviations.
• Ensuring regular communication with teams, delivering information, and conducting all-hands meetings.
• Coordination of key department/project managers.
• Onboarding investment projects within the agreed company processes.

Requirements

Business Process Management

• Experience in creating step-by-step process mapping (BPMN).
• Ability to analyze, optimize, automate, and improve business processes.
• Experience in implementing new technologies to increase productivity.

Strategic Management

• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
• Ability to combine long-term strategies with day-to-day operations.
• Ability to adapt the company’s planning in response to potential changes.

Financial Management

• Knowledge of methods for analyzing and managing company expenses.
• Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial metrics.
• Experience in creating and implementing financial strategies.

Project Management

• Experience in managing large projects with defined deadlines and budgets.

Team Management

• Knowledge of specifics related to managing product/marketing teams.

Fundamental Digital Marketing Knowledge

• Understanding of marketing methods and tools: PR, SEO, PPC, content marketing.
• Knowledge of traffic monetization methods.
• Ability to analyze and optimize monetization efficiency.
• Experience working with affiliate programs.

Language Proficiency

• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the iGaming niche and an understanding of how iGaming projects operate.
• Knowledge of organizing the work of a Diia.City resident company.
• Experience implementing and working with ERP systems.
