The group develops educational projects, works with various markets, and continuously opens new opportunities for business growth and scaling.
Today, the company is in a phase of active development: strengthening its international presence, launching new directions, and expanding its partner network.
In this context, we are looking for a Chief Operations Officer who will become a crucial managerial link in the company and will be responsible for implementing a wide range of operational and development tasks.
About the Role
This is not a classic Chief Operations Officer position with a fixed list of tasks.
The company constantly faces new challenges: international development, partnerships, grant opportunities, new educational projects, finding skilled professionals, working with teams and contractors.
Therefore, we need a person who feels comfortable in conditions of high uncertainty.
You receive a task - and you determine how to solve it: find the necessary information, expertise, people, and resources, organize the process, and bring it to completion.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of key operational and development initiatives of the company
- Launch of new projects and directions
- Coordination of complex cross-functional tasks
- Development of international directions and interaction with European offices
- Search and processing of opportunities for grants, state funding, and subsidies
- Search and development of strategic partnerships
- Research of new opportunities for company development in international markets
- Search and attraction of skilled professionals, experts, and necessary resources
- Organization of work for internal teams and external contractors for the implementation of set tasks
- Representation of the company in interactions with foundations, organizations, partners, and other external stakeholders
- Participation in international meetings and business trips
- Independent decision-making in situations where there is no possibility to receive detailed instructions or approvals
Who We Are Looking For
We do not need a person who has experience in every area they will have to work with.
We need a strong manager who can quickly acquire new expertise and turn it into results.

- Have experience in a managerial position
- Be able to independently organize work and be responsible for the result
- Comfortably work with a high level of uncertainty
- Quickly immerse yourself in new topics and find the necessary information
- Be able to not only analyze and give recommendations, but also implement
- Be able to work simultaneously on several different directions
- Be able to find and attract people, partners, contractors, and resources
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Be able to represent the company at the highest level
- Independently make decisions and not wait for a detailed algorithm of actions
- Fluently speak Ukrainian
What is Fundamentally Important
Execution mindset.
In this role, it is not enough to know what needs to be done. You need to understand how to do it and bring the matter to completion.
Do not know how the grant system works? Figure it out.
Need to find a partner? You will find one.
Lack of expertise within the team? Find the right expert.
Need to organize the work of a contractor? Find one and ensure the result.
We are looking for a person who does not stop at the stage of analysis or recommendations, but takes the task to work and finds a way to solve it.
The ability to act in conditions where there is no ready-made playbook is one of the key requirements for this role.
