Job description
About the Position
SendPulse has successfully grown from an email service into a marketing and sales automation system thanks to the launch of a complementary portfolio of products. Now we are looking for a transformative product leader who will create a unified product strategy for the entire company and transform our organization from a set of disparate product teams into a single, highly efficient product engine.
This is not a role for maintaining the status quo. You will become the architect of our entire product function with direct reporting to the CEO. Your task is to bring a unified vision, data-driven processes, and modern product practices to our talented team, directly shaping the next phase of our global growth. If you turn chaos into clarity and strategy into results, this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Define the North Star: Develop and implement a unified product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the entire portfolio that will unite the company and end the cycle of fragmented, reactive planning.
- Build a System: Implement a modern product development lifecycle. You will create lightweight, scalable processes for product discovery, prioritization (e.g., RICE), and go-to-market.
- Lead and Train the Team: Manage, train, and scale our product manager team. You will develop a culture of accountability, decision-making, and data-driven experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Promote a Data-Driven Culture: In partnership with the analytics function, implement product analytics to instrument our products, define KPIs, and ensure that all product decisions are based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Ensure Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure partnership between product, development, and design to create autonomous, cross-functional teams capable of quickly and responsibly releasing high-quality products.
Requirements
- Experienced SaaS Product Leader: You have 5+ years of experience in product management in the B2B/SaaS sector, of which 2+ years in a leadership position (e.g., Head of Product, Director, VP, Group Product Manager), where you were responsible for multiple products/product teams.
- Strategic System Builder: You have proven experience in creating order out of chaos. You have successfully implemented product roadmaps, agile processes, and data analytics functions from scratch.
- Data-Driven and Customer-Oriented: You are fluent in product analytics (funnels, cohorts, retention) and user research. You make decisions based on evidence, not just intuition.
- Inspiring Mentor and Communicator: You are excellent at training product managers to unlock their full potential. You can articulate a compelling vision and communicate clearly and persuasively with engineers, designers, and management.
- Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher): You can confidently engage in strategic discussions, present results to stakeholders, and write documentation in English.
