About the Position
Chief Revenue Officer
We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to drive growth and optimize revenue across our innovative products and services in Fintech and iGaming.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies for all products and services
- Identify key areas for revenue growth and profitability
- Build and optimize processes to increase revenue
- Manage and build key partnerships with game providers, platforms, and payment systems
- Engage with B2B and B2C clients to increase market share
- Analyze key metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Initiate the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance user experience
- Optimize monetization and customer retention processes
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve target indicators
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and other events
- Strengthen the brand and promote the company in international markets
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in a leadership position
- Deep understanding of the market, including licensing and regulatory processes
- Proven success in team management and partnership development
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with revenue-related metrics
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and results-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel and participate in international events
