About the Position
Announcement of selection for the vacant position of Chief Specialist of Department No. 1 of the Main Directorate for De-Occupation and Reintegration of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Other Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine of the Directorate of Strategic Planning and European Integration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (position 1)
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is seeking a Chief Specialist for de-occupation and reintegration to join our team in Ukraine, focusing on strategic planning and European integration.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes the security problems and the effectiveness of the implementation of the directions of activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the field of de-occupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories.
- Takes measures to ensure the formation of state policy in the field of de-occupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories.
- Provides coordination and control over the implementation by the structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, legislation and regulatory acts relating to the de-occupation and reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
- Develops measures and makes proposals for the formation of goals and priorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the field of de-occupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories.
- Makes proposals for improving the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system in the field of de-occupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories.
- Participates in monitoring the information environment of the temporarily occupied territories to identify existing information challenges and threats in the sphere of public security and public order, civil protection, state border security and migration processes.
Requirements
- Education: Higher, with an educational degree not lower than a bachelor's or junior bachelor's degree.
- Work experience: Not required.
- Proficiency in the state language: Fluency in the state language.
We Offer
- Official salary according to the staffing table in the amount of 10,600 hryvnias.
- Increase to the official salary by rank in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017. No. 15 “Issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (with amendments).
- Other allowances, surcharges and bonuses - in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”.
