About the Position
We are seeking a Chief Specialist for the Department of Organizational and Information Support at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The role is responsible for providing organizational and other support for the Ministry's management.
Responsibilities
- Provides organizational and other support for the activities of the Ministry's management.
- Participates in the development of draft regulations.
- Implements interaction and coordination between the Department of Organizational and Hardware Work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, other central executive bodies, and higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
- Organizes work with documents in accordance with the current legislation.
- Carries out other separate directives of the management and the Department.
Requirements
- Education: Junior bachelor's or bachelor's degree or higher in education.
- Work Experience: Not required.
- Proficiency in the State Language: Fluency in the state language.
- Knowledge of Legislation: Constitutions of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine, and various decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
- Professional or Technical Knowledge: Skills in interpretation of legislative acts, drawing up administrative documents, conducting business correspondence, and preparing analytical references.
- Knowledge of Modern Information Technologies: Confident PC user with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working with information bases.
- Personal Qualities: Organizational skills, reasonable initiative, sociability, responsibility, perseverance, and ability to work in stressful situations.
We Offer
- Official salary: 4308 UAH.
- Increase to the official salary by rank in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 06.04.2016 No. 292 “Some issues of remuneration of civil servants”.
- Allowances and surcharges (in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”).
About the Company
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is responsible for ensuring the security and order within the country, managing law enforcement agencies, and implementing government policies.
Application Process
List of Documents Required for Participation in the Competition:
- A copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine.
- A written application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for taking up a civil service position (in the form in accordance with Annex 2), to which a resume is attached in any form.
- A written statement in which the person informs that he is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Cleansing of Power” and gives his consent to the inspection and disclosure of information about him in accordance with the said Law or a copy of the certificate of the established form on the results of such verification.
- Copy (copies) of the document(s) on education.
- Completed personal card of the established sample.
- Declaration of the person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local government, for the past year.
