About the Position
Infingame is an iGaming aggregator that provides online casino operators with a single point of access to a wide range of games and gaming services, connecting them with over 200 content suppliers worldwide. Our platform, built with performance and stability at its core, delivers fast spin times and reliable connections across global markets, making us a trusted partner for operators with international ambitions.

Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Vision
- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation across all product areas.
- Define the long-term technical vision, keeping the platform cutting-edge, scalable, and ready for growth.
- Develop strategic plans for technology development and regularly review the technology stack.
- Identify opportunities for technological innovation and process improvements; establish and track key performance metrics.
Team Leadership
- Lead, inspire, mentor, and build high-performance engineering teams across different technologies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Build technical teams from the ground up where needed.
Architecture & Reliability
- Oversee the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Ensure systems are designed to scale and perform under high traffic loads while maintaining high reliability and uptime.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the company's IT infrastructure and systems.
- Oversee identification of technological risks and development of mitigation strategies; ensure robust security practices.
Product Delivery
- Own and lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and iteration.
- Ensure smooth delivery of high-quality products on time.
- Lead the development of the company's game aggregator service.
Business Alignment
- Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Communicate requirements clearly and resolve contradictions between business and technical priorities.
- Identify problems, find innovative solutions, and think critically.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience successfully developing enterprise applications.
- Solid technical and architectural background in building secure, high-performance, and highly available systems.
- Deep knowledge of software architecture principles.
- Experience managing technical teams of 50+ people & building high-load systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading software teams across different technologies.
- Experience with development best practices: unit testing, test automation, monitoring, CI/CD.
- Experience with AWS.
- Good written/verbal communication skills in English.
- Clear communication and ability to work with stakeholders; business orientation.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset - including problems at the intersection of technology and development teams.
- Adaptability and ability to perform under pressure.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing production code with Go/Python.
- Experience building and improving support team processes.
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
