Responsibilities

• 建立有竞争力的渠道策略，激励团队员工完成指定的销售目标
• 制定经销商渠道管理的流程，制定分销管理商业政策和策略
• 经销商价格体系维护
• 执行公司的市场推广策略，积极开发经销商，维护、优化分销商体系，开拓渠道分销网络，提高二三级城市的产品覆盖率
• 负责经销商的谈判、合同签订以及内部相关流程的沟通与协调
• 与合规部门配合完成分销商资质评估、审核，建立经销商资质审核与评估体系
• 日常事务的管理维护工作，协议续签、返利计算、渠道供货等
• 组织协调公司销售、市场人员定期与经销商回顾业务进展，指导和培训经销商的市场推广活动
• 与培训团队配合对经销商及其团队提供专业培训，建立经销商培训体系
• 负责分销协议和商业销售合同评审及授权，根据协议定期提供分销商绩效评估报告
• 根据管理需要提供商业数据分析报告
• 负责区域性招标管理

Requirements

• 大专及以上学历
• 至少8年以上医疗行业渠道管理经验；3年以上管理一线销售人员或医疗器械设备经销商的经验
• 口腔行业背景优先考虑
• 敏锐的市场洞察力，及时全面掌握产品和市场变化及竞争对手
• 优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神
• 数据分析能力强，判断准确
• 团队领导经验
• 适应经常性出差
