岗位职责：

• 执行ADC 与 BsAbs 项目的表征分析研究，支持项目研发推进及注册申报相关工作。

• 参与撰写和审核中英文 SOP、技术报告及注册申报相关文件（IND、BLA），确保数据的准确性、科学性、合规性。

• 与 CMC 团队及相关职能团队紧密合作，高效推进项目进展。

Responsibilities

• Execute characterization analysis research for ADC and BsAbs projects, supporting project development and registration applications.
• Participate in writing and reviewing SOPs, technical reports, and registration-related documents (IND, BLA) in both Chinese and English, ensuring data accuracy, scientific validity, and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the CMC team and related functional teams to efficiently advance project progress.

Requirements

• Education: Master's or PhD in proteomics, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or related fields.
• Experience: 4+ years of practical experience in therapeutic antibody (BsAbs/ADC) characterization analysis; 2+ years of practical experience in proteomics.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in HPLC, CE, iCIEF, and other orthogonal analysis techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve analytical challenges.
  • Experience in IND application support (participated in ≥4 IND projects); experience in later-stage development or BLA is a plus.
• Language: Good technical writing skills in both Chinese and English; strong English speaking skills are preferred.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, strong team collaboration skills, and the ability to actively contribute professional value and drive overall work progress within the team.
