Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Chinese language, linguistics, or a closely related field
- Peer-reviewed publications, translation experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects
- Clear, metacognitive communication
Nice to Have
- Expertise in Chinese grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics
- Experience with tonal variations, Simplified vs. Traditional characters, regional dialects, Chinese idioms, sentence structure, and cultural context
