1084718 Cisco Unified Communications & Collaboration Specialist (m/w/d)

SOLCOM GmbH is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications & Collaboration Specialist to join our team in Bremen, Germany for a contractor role.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, administer, and further develop Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions.
Analyze and resolve issues in 2nd- and 3rd-level support, and optimize performance.
Integrate voice, video, messaging, and collaboration solutions into existing IT and network landscapes, and manage related end devices such as IP phones, video conferencing systems, headsets, and soft clients.
Provide technical documentation.

At least 3-5 years of experience as an administrator for Cisco UC (telephony).
Excellent knowledge of Cisco Unified CM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, Webex Calling, Webex Messaging, Webex Meetings.
High sense of responsibility.
Strong communication skills (also towards end customers).
Excellent knowledge in Voice over IP, SIP, Routing, Switching, QoS, and network fundamentals.
Fluency in German (both written and spoken).

Experience with hybrid or cloud-based collaboration solutions.
Knowledge in IT security, system integration, and interface connections with basics in virtualization, certificate management, 802.1x, encryption.
