About the Position
We are looking for a City Launcher for Rome to lead our expansion in Italy. Manage business activities, recruit and retain agents, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
General
- Performing daily tasks
- Building the business from scratch with the support of the team
- Searching for partners and strategic collaborations
- Providing feedback and input to best support you in managing activities
External Recruiting
- Verifying applications from potential new cleaning agents
- Interviewing candidates to check that they meet Batmaid's standards
- Recruiting and inducting cleaners
- Retaining and managing agents during the life cycle within the company
Customer Success
- Supporting customers in their daily demands and needs
- Proposing solutions adapted to customer needs
- Ensuring excellence in our daily operations
- Retaining and satisfying customers during the customer life cycle within the company
Requirements
- Learning speed and multitasking
- Being comfortable with working independently
- Strong ability to relate to different partners
- Fluent English and Fluent Italian are a must. Any other language is a plus
- Motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong understanding of the local market and stakeholders
