Responsibilities

• Sample Classification and Analysis: Ensure standardization and quality control of coffee samples.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of purchases and warehouse services, track deviations, weight breaks, and operational performance.
• Order Management: Direct service orders to warehouses, coordinate activities, and oversee sample approvals with clients, including export and domestic market processes.
• Shipment Release: Release shipments within established limits, support audits, and maintain proficiency in internal quality processes.
• Health, Safety, and Environment: Act safely and responsibly, contributing to health, safety, and environmental practices.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in the role.
• Skills:
  • Ability to analyze coffee classifications (COB/NY) in different ways.
  • Identify high-quality coffee in inventory, adding value to the product.
  • Knowledge of coffee-producing regions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software.
  • Knowledge of the domestic coffee market.
• Optional: Q-grader certification.
