Clearing CS Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a Clearing CS Specialist to join our team at Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem. This role involves handling payment investigations and working in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle payment investigations including bank transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and returned payments.
• Experience with payment providers or banking partners.
• Comfortable working as an individual contributor.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts/night shifts.
• Strong communication and investigation skills.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in payment investigations.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, PSP, e-wallet, or banking operations is preferred.
