Client Analyst, Corporate Banking/Real Estate

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Work in close cooperation with the sector Client Executive and act as her/his deputy in managing and developing the overall client portfolio as well as the whole Swedbank team
• Cover and analyse both existing and prospect clients. This includes i.a. continuous monitoring of the companies` business and financial metrics, understanding relevant industry sector drivers, analysing company financials and producing risk class proposals and proposals for credit committees, analysing profitability of various transactions and presenting the output in credit committees
• Liaise the contact with other relevant units within the bank ensuring the smooth running of the clients’ daily business and compliance and governance of the bank processes expanding your internal and external network globally
• Increase your understanding of ESG and sustainability aspects in lending operations

Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent academic degree
• Financial analysis skills and profound understanding of credit risk
• The ability to present and explain complex transactions, both orally as well as in writing
• Minimum two years of relevant experience from banking/finance
• Administrative and project leader skills as well as self-leadership
• Good presentation and social skills
• Fluency in Finnish and English, while the latter is the official corporate language. As we are a Swedish bank, knowledge of Swedish is a definite asset
• A flexible attitude, proactivity, the ability to work under pressure and strong commitment and drive
• Relevant IT skills (i.a. MS Office, Excel, CRM), ability to learn internal systems
