About the Position
We are seeking a Client Communications Manager with excellent communication skills and a high level of written and spoken English to join our team in Kyiv.
Responsibilities
- Teamwork as part of the lead generation department + active individual work to find potential leads on LinkedIn, UpWork, and other channels;
- Working and negotiating with international clients;
- Coordinate work with the Sales Department to obtain new projects and clients (Sales Branch);
- Assist in sales and acquisition of new clients and projects;
- Researching markets and searching for promising deals. Accepting leads for work from the lead generation department;
- Assist in sales and attracting new clients and projects;
- Implementation of the sales plan.
Requirements
- Excellent discipline, time management, and multitasking skills;
- Attentiveness, punctuality, commitment, responsibility, integrity, desire to learn;
- A person who knows how to manage their time and resources. A bold salesperson;
- High level of communication skills;
- High level of written and spoken English - at least Upper Intermediate;
- Discipline, efficiency, ambition, and attention to detail. A desire to generate revenue from the project portfolio and from the clients the team has acquired through your sales efforts;
- The desire to grow in your team and earn money, the desire to build a career in Client Communications Manager, increasing your skills and knowledge in IT and improving communication skills with foreign clients.
