About the Position

Client Engagement Associate (Global)

Axinom provides modular software solutions for media and aerospace industries across the globe. From video streaming platform solutions to implementing in-flight entertainment solutions for major airlines. Established in 2001, we have been industry specialists for more than two decades.

Responsibilities

Engage website visitors at axinom.com via chat; understand their needs and work with our sales team to generate leads
Give short, tailored product walk-throughs via chat; schedule/hand over to Sales smoothly
Explain Axinom products, solutions, and pricing at a high level (training & development is provided)
Log, triage, and follow up on support/incident requests with internal team to help meet SLAs
24/7 operations, to meet global demand. (working hours may differ based on the roster you will be a part of)

Requirements

Fluent communication skills both in standard communication techniques and vocabulary (English)
A proactive, organized mindset; reliable follow-through and teamwork
Willingness to work in shifts (including nights/weekends)
Problem solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience in customer service / chat support / sales (even internships)
Exposure to tech, media, or transportation industries
Familiarity with CRMs, online meeting tools, and presentation basics
