About the Position

Atos is seeking a Client Executive Partner (m/w/d) for Financial Services & Insurance to join our team. As a trusted partner in operating complex and business-critical environments, you will support organizations in highly regulated and sovereign contexts. You will be the authorized representative for one or more strategic client accounts within a specific industry, carrying full P&L responsibility and acting as the central contact and representative of Atos towards the client. Your role will involve actively driving business development in existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning the Atos portfolio with a special focus on AI, Cyber Security, and Data.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Develop a deep understanding of the client, their goals, and challenges; lead account teams and foster collaboration between sales, delivery, and management.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and strategically develop robust relationships at the C-Level and with relevant stakeholders, focusing on growth and business expansion.
• Accountability: Take responsibility for the entire account lifecycle – from sales development through service delivery to project implementation.
• Strategic Growth & Business Development: Develop and implement account plans and growth strategies; actively identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client accounts in close collaboration with sales teams.
• Innovation: Identify customer needs and translate them into innovative solutions and new offerings; position AI, Cyber Security, and Data solutions as strategic growth drivers.
• Financial & Commercial Management: Full P&L responsibility including revenue forecasts, margin control, cash flow management, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing C-Level stakeholders and executing projects and programs in client environments.
• Industry and technology knowledge: Solid understanding of the respective industry, competitors, partners, trends, and technology influences, as well as knowledge or experience in AI, Cyber Security, and Data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Convincingly represent the value of Atos at all hierarchical levels, especially towards the C-Level and strategically relevant decision-makers in project business, business transformation, AI, Cyber Security, Data, and IT strategy.
• Leadership skills: Strong leadership qualities with a focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation; ability to build trust, motivate teams, and align them towards common goals.
• Commercial understanding: Entrepreneurial thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to negotiate win-win agreements, manage complexity with a results-oriented approach, and achieve sustainable growth within existing client accounts.
• Presentation skills & narrative building: Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build a compelling Atos value proposition for the client.
• Stakeholder and people management: Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and their influence on offer and profit strategies, as well as proven experience in leading a dedicated core account team (Sales, Solution Manager, Industry Specialist, Delivery).
