Responsibilities

• Be part of the Aleph Czech team, representing several global digital platforms including Spotify, Digital Turbine, WeTransfer, Amazon, Microsoft, Pinterest, Reddit, and X (formerly Twitter). Focus on developing and managing paid media business across these platforms.
• Manage selected platforms, providing strategic guidance and support to local advertisers and agencies in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across the platforms’ ecosystems.
• Expand our client portfolio while partnering with key advertisers to improve campaign performance, strengthen KPIs, and drive business growth.
• Educate advertisers and agencies on our partners’ products through onsite presentations and one-on-one training.
• Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
• Monitor revenue performance across the business portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing corrective actions where needed.
• Take ownership of commercial performance, with full accountability for driving and achieving both short-term and long-term KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the digital advertising space, working with large accounts and building, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships.
• Effective communication skills both internally and externally, with excellent communication skills in Czech and English.
• Understanding of how agencies plan, buy, and measure the performance of digital and programmatic advertising campaigns.
• Highly customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Structured and systematic work approach with a strong “can-do” attitude.
• Highly analytical and data-focused, with the ability to think both strategically and creatively.
• Proficient in tools such as Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote; experience with Salesforce, DSM, and DFP is a plus.
• Network with key agencies and clients in the Czech market (a plus, but not required).

We Offer

• Minimum gross annual base salary: CZK 699,520
• Significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly
• The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role
