About the Position
Client Services Associate
Since 2018, Optio Incentives has been simplifying the complexities of equity compensation plans through innovative software and expert guidance. We manage over equity programs globally for private and publicly listed companies, enabling them to stay compliant, manage equity efficiently, and unlock the full potential of their employee incentive programs.
As a Client Services Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve their financial goals through effective use of our platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in equity-based compensation, financial systems, and customer relations while contributing to the success of dynamic startups and established industry leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of equity compensation and guide clients in managing their programs.
- Support client onboarding and provide ongoing assistance to ensure they maximize our platform’s value.
- Analyze financial data, monitor results, and enhance processes for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to shape our product and refine the customer journey.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their long-term success with Optio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or similar.
- Recent graduates or early in their career, ideally within the world of Finance.
- Interest in finance, business, or customer success, and ready to take on meaningful responsibility.
- Data analytical mindset, allowing data to drive your decision-making.
- Strong skills in tools such as Excel.
- Excel in a team environment but can also work independently when required.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Tech-savvy mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
