We are looking for a Client Support Manager to help coordinate client processes, maintain quality communication, and ensure systematic work with internal teams and client requests.
Responsibilities
- Communication with clients regarding current requests and tasks.
- Monitoring the activity of client accounts and maintaining the relevance of information in internal systems.
- Coordinating technical and operational issues between teams.
- Data management in Jira, CRM, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
- Supporting financial processes: recording requests, monitoring payment statuses, and coordinating document preparation.
- Preparing regular reports and materials for internal meetings.
- Onboarding new clients and assisting in organizing collaboration processes.
- Interacting with internal teams to ensure stable and high-quality client work.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing or client/account support of 1.5–2 years.
- Confident work with Google Sheets and other tools for data management and structuring.
- Experience with Jira or other task managers.
- Understanding of the basic principles of advertising platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, and others.
- Attention to detail, systematic approach, and responsibility in work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with client requests.
- Ability to independently organize your work and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in an advertising agency is a plus.
- English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher is a plus.
