About the Position
Clinic Director (BCBA)
Location: Snohomish, WA
About the Role:
An established ABA therapy provider with more than 15 years of experience is seeking a full-time (or feasible part-time) Clinical Director to lead its expanding operations in Snohomish County, Washington. The organization specializes in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children on the autism spectrum.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee clinical operations for both clinic-based and in-home ABA services in Snohomish County
- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to BCBAs, LaBAs, and Technicians
- Participate in hiring clinical staff in partnership with Recruitment and Regional Management
- Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards
- Collaborate with families, clinicians, and interdisciplinary professionals to support optimal client outcomes
- Work with national clinical leadership to implement training and professional development initiatives
- Review clinical documentation and data to ensure treatment effectiveness and protocol adherence
- Contribute to strategic planning and policy development to support organizational goals
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state licensure required
- Extensive experience as a BCBA
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills; prior leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
- Must reside in or near Snohomish County or within a reasonable travel distance
- Ability to frequently assume various physical postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) to support active children
- Ability to use-or willingness to learn-GSuite applications and CentralReach
