Responsibilities

关键意见领袖/讲师合作与管理
- 建立并维护与国家级/地区级种植领域关键意见领袖(KOL)的合作关系
- 拓展高影响力KOL/讲师资源库，建立专家数据库，包括分类及制定个人发展计划
- 识别现有种植讲师中的核心/活跃群体，制定评估/淘汰/激励标准流程
- 通过"培训师培训"课程对外部专家进行培训认证，制定后续跟进计划及投资回报评估体系
- 与产品经理及临床科学事务经理合作，邀请目标KOL参与创新产品的临床试验

治疗方案开发
- 与产品经理紧密合作，将相关产品整合成以治疗为核心的临床解决方案，覆盖全部治疗流程
- 与当地KOL密切协作优化治疗方案，确保其满足临床教育目标，影响从事齿科治疗的牙医
- 持续加强内部团队治疗相关产品知识和临床知识的学习与提升

继续教育课程实施与定制
- 为各产品线搭建学术教育体系
- 组织并实施线上线下特定相关继续教育课程
- 开发定制化的齿科解决方案/治疗课程，包括与产品经理紧密合作制定学术内容/议程
- 编制并更新所有培训文档和学员讲义资料
- 开展训后学员调研与课程评估，根据结果/反馈进行调整
- 定期客户拜访以识别培训需求，获取对登士柏西诺德教育活动的满意度反馈

DS学院品牌建设
- 与市场传播团队紧密合作，协调三大解决方案组建立统一的DS学院品牌形象，制定内外部推广策略，持续提升品牌知名度和学术影响力
- 开展活动前后宣传(线上线下)
- 开发准备DS学院品牌宣传材料
Requirements

Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Stomatology
- Master's degree is preferred

Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in training and product management or related positions
- More than 3 years of experience in the dental industry

Specific Professional Skills:
- Good project management skills and teamwork spirit
- Ability to deliver lectures to a large audience with impactful presentations
- Strong initiative
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships within China and internationally
