Job Description

At inovex GmbH, you will be part of an agile team delivering end-to-end cloud solutions for clients across various industries. You will work closely with customers to evaluate and design cloud architectures, translating business requirements into technical solutions in the cloud. From the initial concept to the development of applications, you will plan for high availability and scalability of software operations.

As a Cloud Architect, you will not only contribute conceptually to project work but also be hands-on with the code. You will establish modern development methods and promote an agile, open culture for quality-driven software development. Together with your team, you will aim to develop the best possible solutions for customer needs, thinking beyond technical boundaries and project phases, and taking collective responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your agile team to implement projects for clients in various industries.
• Work closely with customers to evaluate and design cloud architectures.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in the cloud.
• Plan for high availability and scalable software operations from the initial concept.
• Establish modern development methods and promote an agile, open culture.
• Work hands-on with the code and contribute conceptually to project work.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in cloud platforms and working with cloud solutions or Kubernetes in your own data center.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and the ability to learn new technologies and evaluate them for project use.
• Practical experience with architecture aspects such as security, operation, scaling, and implementation of various architecture patterns (Microservices, Serverless).
• Knowledge of container technologies and the implementation of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD.
• Critical questioning of existing solutions and processes, and bringing constructive and structured optimization approaches to the team.
• Very good German skills (at least level C1), good English skills are a plus.
