Cloud (Azure) Engineer

The Infrastructure Services (IS) team consists of 4 System Administrators, 2 in the Netherlands and 2 in Germany, and is responsible for renewing, maintaining, and supporting the on-prem and cloud infrastructure services.
Responsibilities
- Solving 2nd and 3rd line incidents and implementing designs and executing changes in our application environment (Citrix XenApp), virtualization platform (VMware vSphere), servers (Microsoft), the network (Cisco and Palo Alto) and the setup, operation, and management of Office 365.
- With your ideas and extensive experience, you contribute to delivering important projects and solutions.
- With your keen eye for security, you monitor the balance between security and operability.
- Even under high pressure, you manage to deliver performance.
- It is essential that the management of technical procedures and standards is not lost sight of, thereby creating an even more professional management environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in larger and complex Microsoft environments.
- Knowledge of and demonstrable experience with the following product groups:
- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
- Citrix XenApp 7.15
- VMware vSphere 6.5
- Familiarity with Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Office 365, PowerShell, and Azure.
- Basic knowledge of networking TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Familiar with agile and project-based working.
