About the Position
Cloud Engineer & Team Coordinator - South London - cGBP40K
A technically focused Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking to hire a Cloud Engineer & Team Coordinator to manage their clients' cloud infrastructure and ensure a busy team of senior engineers operates smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support client cloud infrastructure, security, and network environments
- Act as the dedicated escalation point for firewall and network queries
- Script and automate cloud deployment and reporting, primarily in SharePoint
- Test and roll out updates to firewalls and routers
- Coordinate a team of senior engineers, ensuring they have the equipment and information needed to deliver
Requirements
- Working knowledge of a leading firewall vendor - FortiGate ideal
- Windows environment support and hardware troubleshooting experience
- O365 administration including conditional access and SharePoint setup
- MDM experience
- Comfortable working independently and delivering technical tasks on time
- Strong coordination skills across multi-person delivery teams
Salary
- £35,000 to £40,000 GBP per year
