Cloud Engineer for Global Infrastructure

About the Position

Xebia is a global AI-first, digital transformation, and engineering partner. With over 25 years of experience and a team of 5,000 professionals across 16 countries, we help organizations design and build scalable products, platforms, and data-driven solutions.

We are currently looking for a Cloud Engineer for Global Infrastructure to join our team in Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania. You will be part of the Global Infrastructure team responsible for managing and securing Xebia’s global cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and secure Xebia’s global cloud and on-premise environments
• Work in an international environment with distributed technical teams
• Contribute to standardization, security, and compliance across global infrastructure
• Take ownership of cloud-related operational and automation tasks in Azure

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and Azure Runbooks
• Good understanding of IT Security principles and best practices
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• English proficiency at C1 or C2 level
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) administration
• Knowledge of GitHub administration and workflows
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience working in complex, multicultural environments
