About the Position
We are seeking a Cloud Operations Manager to join our team and optimize enterprise cloud operations by ensuring the reliability, security, performance, and cost-efficiency of our cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain scalable cloud environments, automate operational processes, and support business-critical applications.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure availability and performance.
- Coordinate incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Support automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices.
- Monitor cloud resource utilization and assist with cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud deployments and operational improvements.
- Maintain operational documentation and participate in on-call support as required.
Requirements

Must have
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Strong understanding of cloud operations, incident management, and production support.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience supporting Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
- Knowledge of cloud governance and FinOps principles.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC2, HIPAA, or NIST.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Exposure to leading operational initiatives or coordinating global support teams.
- Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
