About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Architect - AWS with AI to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale cloud and GenAI solutions. This role combines deep AWS architecture expertise with cutting-edge AI capabilities to drive cloud transformation initiatives, governance frameworks, and intelligent automation across complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of GenAI solutions using AWS Bedrock and Bedrock Agent Core aligned to enterprise AI initiatives
- Develop Python-based automation, integrations, validation frameworks, and technical assessment utilities for cloud and AI solutions
- Architect secure, scalable, and highly available AWS cloud environments aligned with enterprise governance and compliance standards
- Lead AWS Landing Zone implementation, multi-account governance setup, and cloud platform engineering initiatives
- Drive cloud migration assessments, modernization strategies, execution planning, and post-migration optimization programs
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Python
- Implement IAM strategies, SCPs, security controls, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions across AWS environments
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery teams to define architecture roadmaps and cloud transformation strategies
Requirements
- 12–16 years of experience in software engineering
- Hands-on expertise in AWS Bedrock and Bedrock Agent Core for building enterprise GenAI and agentic AI solutions
- Expert-level proficiency in Python for automation, cloud engineering, and AI-driven implementations
- Background in designing GenAI architectures on AWS using Bedrock, APIs, and orchestration frameworks
- Expertise in architecting enterprise-scale AWS cloud environments and multi-account strategies
- Strong knowledge of AWS Landing Zone, AWS Organizations and Control Tower, along with SCPs, IAM, and governance frameworks
- Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, and RDS, as well as ELB, S3, CloudTrail, AWS Config, and GuardDuty
- Experience in AWS migration programs including server/application migrations and Migration Factory models
- Skills in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Competency in Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, along with monitoring tools and production-scale AWS environments
- Capability to deliver architecture/design documentation, solution diagrams, and technical governance artifacts
Nice to Have
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Specialty certifications
- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks, orchestration platforms, and enterprise AI modernization initiatives
- Experience with hybrid cloud connectivity, enterprise integrations, and cloud modernization programs
