About the Position
We're seeking a Cloud Solution Architecture Manager (AI Business Solutions) to lead a team in realizing the full value of Microsoft investments through AI Business Solutions and Unified Support.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team that helps customers realize the full value of their Microsoft investments through AI Business Solutions and Unified Support.
- Own the end-to-end Copilot & AI journey across key platforms, align technical execution to business-value metrics, and drive solution deployment and usage.
- Provide coaching, resolve blockers quickly, and support growth of Unified and VAS opportunities.
- Improve customer engagement via better account coverage, increased technical capacity for Copilot and Agents, and value-driven interactions that increase usage.
- Gather and deliver customer feedback, success stories, and strategic/technical input to Engineering and Product Offerings teams.
- Lead the Copilot & AI journey across Chat, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, D365, and Power Platform.
- Deliver cloud-based endpoint management and virtualization solutions; ensure health and growth of the D365 & Power Platform customer base.
- Drive team development and training (Tech Boost, Tech Excel, Tech Connect) and coach on articulating AI transformation business value.
- Foster continuous learning and share learnings with the broader CSA community.
- Anticipate, identify, escalate, and mitigate blockers to accelerate deployments and usage.
- Ensure operational excellence by aligning technical and business value paths to metrics; implement rigorous execution for usage excellence across the portfolio.
- Coach engagement to create Unified/VAS opportunities that the STU will drive; enable Unified VAS growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (CS/IT/Engineering/Business/Liberal Arts or related) or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and IT consulting/support, systems/network operations, software development/support, or architecture/consulting.
- 3+ years people management experience managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
- U.S. citizenship required; passport verification required for government agency customer restrictions.
- Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
