Design and operate modern cloud environments for our GIS solutions – focusing on deployment, automation, and technical customer support in the SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

Cloud Environments Provisioning & Operation:

• Collaborate in project and operational teams for the setup, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of our cloud-based LM products

Customer Support & Technical Requirements Implementation:

• Analyze customer requirements and participate in the technical implementation of stable, efficient cloud workflows

Error Analysis & Continuous Operation:

• Support in the analysis and resolution of technical issues, as well as ongoing maintenance of our products and services

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Geoinformatics, Geosciences, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical knowledge
• Initial experience with modern cloud technologies, containers, CI/CD processes, or simple automations (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python)
• Interest in security, operation, and deployment of modern applications
• Very good German language skills

• Experience with Kubernetes, IaC (e.g., Terraform), databases, or GIS technologies
• Initial experience with project work or consulting
