Cluster Manager Facility Management (all genders)
H World International - Team Center is seeking a Cluster Manager Facility Management for our hotels in Frankfurt am Main, München, and Stuttgart. This is a FULL_TIME position.

This position is being filled simultaneously for the Southern Germany (Stuttgart or Munich) and Rhein-Main (Frankfurt) regions
Responsibilities
- As the first point of contact for all FM-related topics in your region, you will be the central contact for our hotels
- You will develop and ensure an optimal Facility Management concept, including maintenance intervals and legal and internal requirements
- You will keep a close eye on FM costs, develop countermeasures, and ensure contract fulfillment by external service providers
- You will coordinate procurement procedures for maintenance, repair, and maintenance together with the procurement organization, from the tendering phase to the final award
- You will implement and maintain our energy management system at the property level and actively track consumption and goals via our ESG software tool
- You will define, implement, and monitor KPIs for your locations and consistently steer FM processes accordingly
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Facility Management, Technical Building Management, or a comparable qualification such as a technician or master's examination
- You have already gained relevant professional experience in facility management, preferably in the hotel sector
- You have successfully led project teams and know how to bring people and processes together
- Tenders, contract management, and the management of external service providers are familiar territory for you
- Energy management and ESG topics interest you, and ideally, you already have practical experience in this area
- A structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as willingness to travel within the region, rounds off your profile
