About the Position
Cluster Marketing Manager (all genders) - Region Nord/Ost
H World International - Team Center in Hamburg is seeking a Cluster Marketing Manager for the Nord/Ost region to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue through direct booking channels and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
- Actively drive traffic, conversion, and revenue through direct booking channels (IBE)
- Develop and implement your own cluster marketing plan for the Nord/Ost region for Rooms, F&B, and MICE independently
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue to develop demand-generating campaigns
- Monitor digital channels such as websites, OTAs, Google, and Social Media, and provide content for hotel teams
- Regularly analyze performance and derive clear action recommendations for management
Requirements
- Completed studies in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Proven experience in a comparable marketing position
- Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Performance Analysis are daily business for you
- Coordinate agencies, internal teams, and external stakeholders confidently and on an equal footing
- Structured thinking and a hands-on mentality characterize your working style
- Willingness to travel, as you will be managing hotels in the region and enjoy being on-site

- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
