About the Position
CMF Account Manager
Location: Bremen, Germany
Type: Remote

In the medical technology sector, we support hospitals and research institutes with advanced 3D software, patient-specific implants, and specialized services. We also partner with medtech companies that use our software and expertise to improve the healthcare of tomorrow. To strengthen our Medical Sales team in Germany, we are looking for a new team member to join us as a CMF Account Manager.
Responsibilities
- Sell CMF implants (standard and customized) to (university) hospitals in German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Actively generate new sales opportunities to expand the business, and take responsibility for the existing customers in the hospitals
- Actively contribute to the achievement of strategic goals and sales targets
- Actively seek synergies for joint sales approaches with account managers from other business lines
- Build a network within the target hospitals and become a trusted advisor
- Gather updates on current market trends and competitive situations
- Work closely with international colleagues, particularly the Belgian team, who provide content support
- Provide regular reports and quarterly reports on sales results, pipeline, etc., to the line manager
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales; experience in selling medical technology products or customized implants is desirable
- Ideally, a completed technical degree or vocational training in medical technology, business, or a comparable qualification from the healthcare sector
- An open-minded personality who easily builds relationships, is highly motivated to succeed, and is eager for continuous learning and development
- Strong networking skills and an analytical mindset
- Willingness to travel within the defined territory and occasionally to our headquarters in Belgium
- Excellent self-organization skills and enjoyment of independent and international work
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Confident in using MS Office
