Responsibilities

• Herstellung von Bauteilen für Highend-Präzisionswerkzeuge und -Formen
• Bedienung, Programmierung und Einrichtung von 5-Achs-CNC-Fräsmaschinen
• Programmierung mit der CAM-Softwarelösung Mastercam
• Komplettbearbeitung von Formaufbauten
• Prozessoptimierung und Sicherstellung von Qualitätsmerkmalen gemäß Anforderung
• Wartung, Reinigung und Pflege der dazugehörigen Betriebseinrichtungen

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem metallbearbeitenden Beruf, vorzugsweise im Werkzeug- und Formenbau
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zerspanung von Vorteil
• Fundierte CAM-Programmierkenntnisse
• Analytische Fähigkeiten und systematisches Vorgehen
• Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
• Schichtbereitschaft
