CNC Machinist & Precision Programmer (Germany)

About the Position

We are sourcing CNC Machinists, Millers, and Turners for reputable German precision engineering companies producing specialized single-part components and serial batches.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, and tooling 3-axis to 5-axis CNC milling or CNC turning centers.
• Programming or program adjustment using Siemens Sinumerik, Heidenhain, or Fanuc controls.
• Reading technical blueprints, selecting appropriate cutting tools, and verifying dimensional tolerances.
• Quality control using precision measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, 3D coordinate measurement).

Requirements

• Vocational training as CNC machinist (Zerspanungsmechaniker) or proven practical machining experience.
• Experience with modern CNC controls (Heidenhain, Siemens, or Fanuc).
• German language skills (A2 to B1).
• EU passport / work permit.
