About the Position

We are looking for a Sales Representative in Henan to join Continental Tires (China) Co., Ltd. This role is pivotal in executing our sales strategy, enhancing retail terminal sales, and maintaining our brand's positive image in the market.

Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly/annual sales targets for retail outlets in the assigned area.
  • Develop new customers and business opportunities, maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of company policies, promotions, and pricing systems in retail terminals.

• Retail Network Maintenance and Expansion:

  • Strengthen sustainable partnerships with retail store owners, enhancing their sales motivation and brand loyalty.
  • Assist in managing the retail network, supporting the development of new outlets and improving the quality of existing ones.
  • Collect feedback from retail terminals, identify sales barriers and business opportunities, and report to superiors.

• Market Execution and Information Collection:

  • Support the market department in executing brand activities, product displays, and market research tasks at retail terminals.
  • Actively participate in the local market launch of new products.
  • Systematically collect and report market competition information, including competitor products, prices, and promotional activities.

• Administrative and Reporting:

  • Complete daily sales reports, customer visit records, and market information reports as required.
  • Ensure the accuracy of sales forecast data for assigned retail customers.
  • Efficiently execute specific projects and tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3 years or more of experience in tire, automotive aftermarket, or fast-moving consumer goods sales, with tire industry experience preferred.
