CN_Sales Representative_Zhejiang

About the Position

We are seeking a Sales Representative for Zhejiang to drive sales targets, manage retail networks, and support marketing activities in the automotive aftermarket.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales target achievement in the responsible territory.
• Serve as the main point of contact within the assigned territory and/or customer base, developing or maintaining business leads/initiatives.
• Build and manage strong, sustainable relationships with customers and other extended networks in the assigned territory to promote the company's positioning in the market and thus to urge buying decisions.
• Manage retailer (conti image shops) monthly buy-in & sell-out target achievement and performance improvement.
• Responsible for distributor/retailer annual/monthly sales planning and promotion execution.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional sales relevant activities.
• Actively participate in an open-communication environment, ensuring customer buying experience consistency/drive improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, commercial, or engineering background.
• 3 years or more of working experience in channel & distribution sales with a multinational company, preferably within the auto industry.
• 3-5 years of experience in tire, automotive aftermarket, or fast-moving consumer goods sales, with tire industry experience being a plus.
