Responsibilities

As a Coach IA H/F, you will:

• Understand business challenges and identify relevant AI use cases.
• Identify needs and define future business journeys, experiences, or processes.
• Facilitate framing, ideation, and design workshops.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements understandable by technical teams.
• Challenge needs and proposed solutions to identify the most relevant approach.
• Experiment and prototype AI solutions quickly to evaluate their feasibility, limitations, and value.
• Ensure the functional coherence of the solution from framing to deployment, in liaison with business, product, and technical teams.
• Summarize and present the approach, results, and recommendations.
• Support clients in the adoption of their solutions.
• Acculturate and train users by making complex concepts accessible.
• Capitalize on missions and contribute to the creation of reusable methods, tools, and supports.
• Contribute to the visibility of the practice internally and externally.

Requirements

• A master's degree from a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in consulting, digital transformation, project management, product management, or functional framing.
• Good understanding of the main concepts of generative AI and their uses in business.
• Ability to identify the possibilities, limitations, and conditions for implementing an AI solution.
• Comfortable communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.
