About the Position

LoboHR, a recruitment agency (nr 7502), is looking for a Collection Specialist with French language skills to join our client, an international SSC firm based in Kraków. We save time and contribute to our partners' success through modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Contacting clients via phone and email
• Analyzing client accounts
• Sending payment due reminders via email
• Answering client questions

Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of French
• Good knowledge of English
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Proficient computer skills
