About the Position

We are seeking a Collector to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey, responsible for contacting customers and managing accounts.

Responsibilities

Contact customers within the scope of the information provided.
Make external calls for collection purposes or receive inbound calls and prepare agreement grounds within the authority.
Installment of receivables, discounts, and payment plan preparation under authorized conditions.
Confirm and update any inaccuracies in customer information if available.
Protect acquired customer and company information.
Treat customers kindly, respond to complaints quickly, or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Build good relationships and have good communication skills.
