About the Position

We are looking for a Collector to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey. The role involves contacting customers, negotiating payment terms, and resolving complaints.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers within the given information.
• Make outbound calls or receive inbound calls to prepare the agreement basis.
• Installment payments, discounts, and payment plan preparation under authorized conditions.
• Confirm and update any inaccuracies in customer information.
• Protect acquired customer and company information.
• Treat customers kindly, respond to complaints quickly, or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Build good relationships and have good communication skills.
