  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with data models, data transformations, and complex datasets; familiarity with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting dashboards and reports, with a strong focus on data accuracy, quality, usability, and performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities, organize work effectively, communicate progress and risks proactively, and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across business, analytics, BI, and technology teams.
  • A structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to documentation and continuous improvement.
  • Interest in and practical curiosity about AI and automation, with the ability to identify opportunities to apply these technologies to reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
