NES Fircroft is seeking a Commercial Advisor to join our team in Aberdeen. This role focuses on optimizing commercial solutions and managing risk within the Oil & Gas sector.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, legislation, and HSES Procedures.
- Manage operational commercial agreements for NOV assets and operated assets, including DSAs, transportation agreements, and third-party services agreements.
- Identify opportunities to optimize value and manage risks, ensuring these are secured.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with obligations and highlight any risks to contractual rights.
- Propose amendments to commercial agreements and ensure their implementation is supported by thorough handovers.
- Protect business-critical information and documentation, applying the Group Records Management standard.
- Inform colleagues about the commercial intent behind agreements, opportunities for value enhancement, and key risks.
