About the Position

Join Frontify as a Commercial Content Specialist to create compelling content that drives brand success in a hybrid work environment.

About the Company

Frontify is the brand platform behind some of the world's leading organizations, including Microsoft, Telefónica, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, and Kia. We help every team bring brands to life - with governance in one place, seamless workflows across the tools people already use, and a foundation that's ready for AI.

We're driven by collaboration, curiosity, and the belief that great work can happen anywhere. What began in St. Gallen has grown to London, New York, and beyond. Wherever you join us, you'll take ownership from day one, shape work that reaches global brands, and help redefine how brands work in the age of AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own commercial content from brief to delivery, creating compelling decks, business cases, one-pagers, and customer-facing materials.
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to understand the audience, objective, and opportunity behind each request, shaping briefs and challenging scope when needed.
  • Prioritize competing requests based on business impact, urgency, and effort, balancing planned work with time-sensitive commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain and evolve the master commercial deck, keeping content current and creating reusable slides and modules that help teams tell stronger stories, faster.
  • Build and maintain a trusted commercial content library, making it easy for teams to find and use the right content.
  • Turn recurring requests into scalable templates and content that reduce one-off work and make life easier for commercial teams.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Marketing to turn customer insights, market trends, campaigns, and messaging into relevant commercial stories.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Studio to make sure commercial content is clear, accurate, consistent, and unmistakably Frontify.
  • Keep existing content fresh and relevant, consolidating or retiring materials as messaging, data, proof points, and priorities evolve.
  • Work in a hybrid setup, spending two days per week in our London office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience creating commercial content, sales enablement materials, or similar content that supports revenue-focused teams. Bonus points for SaaS experience.
  • Strong commercial writing skills, with a talent for translating value propositions, customer challenges, and business cases into concise, persuasive content.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, or other commercial functions.
  • A strong understanding of what revenue teams need from content, with the ability to turn commercial objectives and customer needs into materials that create value in sales and customer conversations.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to manage changing priorities and deliver high-quality work at pace for live deals, customer meetings, and other commercial opportunities.
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, from shaping ambiguous briefs and setting expectations to balancing deadlines and audiences without compromising quality.
  • A structured approach to content operations, including intake processes, reusable content, libraries, and version control.
  • A sharp eye for detail and consistency across messaging, data, formatting, and design.
  • Experience with Pitch is preferred; strong experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, or similar tools is also relevant.

We Offer

  • Private health benefits and health cash plan
  • Pension scheme: 5% matched
  • A minimum of 25 days of annual leave per year
  • Paid educational and wellbeing days off
  • Wellbeing, learning and development, and commuter allowance
  • Home office setup budget
