About the Position
Commercial Director | Business Club
APERCON is looking for an experienced Commercial Director for a leading business club in Cyprus.
We are looking for a strong commercial professional with proven experience in B2B sales and the VIP / premium segment, who can drive the club’s growth, build strategic partnerships, and develop new commercial products.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and growth of the business club
- Manage and develop strategic partnerships
- Build relationships with medium and large businesses in Cyprus
- Attract new members and partners to the club
- Develop, package and sell business club products and services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales and VIP / premium segment
- Strong negotiation and partnership management skills
- Experience working with business owners and senior executives of medium and large companies
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy and business development
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Fluent Russian or Ukrainian is mandatory
