Commercial Director | International Markets

About the Position

Are you ready to change the world? One Way Aerospace is rebooting the arsenal of democracy by providing long-range, precision strike drones mass-produced in Ukraine. We are looking for a Commercial Director | International Markets to join our team and help us grow our business into new markets.

Responsibilities

• Find and pursue new business opportunities
• Assess market opportunities and potential stakeholders
• Design and implement business plans from end to end
• Manage multiple stakeholders in the sales and reporting processes
• Conduct research and analysis on new business opportunities and company expansion strategy
• Manage and run ground operations in conjunction with aviation operations teams
• Review commercial contracts to ensure they are commercially practical and reasonable
• Set up corporate entities and other business infrastructure in new countries and markets

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in strategy, sales, operations, and stakeholder management
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel in a professional environment
• Entrepreneurial drive, business acumen, creativity, and ability to demonstrate both structured and lateral thinking
• Excitement about spending a lot of time traveling internationally
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of strategic defense systems
• Familiarity with large multi-stakeholder deals
• Knowledge of commercializing new technology
