Commercial Executive - Apprenticeship

Join Getinge as a Commercial Executive in a one-year apprenticeship, supporting sales and administrative tasks in Chennai, India.

Responsibilities

Operational Aspects:

• Sales order processing
• Update open orders status in SAP on a monthly basis
• Payment follow-ups
• Demo units’ movement support
• Spares shipment support
• Installation coordination
• Extend support to Marketing team – Raise PO through Ariba for marketing events
• Maintenance of records of dispatch of demo materials
• Negotiation with transporter/H.O./warehouse for movement of goods

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce / Management
• Good knowledge in MS Excel
• Ability to work in set deadlines and under pressure
• IT skills
• Good in task & activities management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A good understanding of computer systems
• Ability to identify and prevent workflow obstructions
• Keen in monitoring, reviewing, and completing activities according to previously defined priorities and SOP’s
• Effective communications within all working relationships
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
