About the Team

As a Financial Planner, you will work with your colleagues within the CoE Financial Planning. We operate nationally with geographical dedication but have the flexibility to be deployed elsewhere in the Netherlands if client demand requires it. Our team maintains an informal and open atmosphere, and we believe it is important that you are open to other insights and ways of thinking.

CoE Financial Planning focuses on providing wealth planning services for Private Banking & Wealth Management clients.

As a Financial Planner, you are the specialist in wealth planning. You work integrally (private and business) and translate current tax knowledge into clear solutions for our clients. You inspire, challenge, and bring new insights. You are not only an expert but also a relationship builder and a commercial driver. You are proactive and take responsibility, through your dedication and perseverance, you take that extra step for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Drafting financial plans for clients with complex structures.
• Proactively identifying and informing clients about potential opportunities and risks based on fiscal and societal developments.
• Collaborating with relationship managers and specialists to optimally serve clients from your expertise.
• Actively contributing to regional and portfolio objectives through your own annual plan.
• Based on the combination of your expertise and communication skills, you deepen existing client relationships.
• You are actively involved in acquisition processes and bring your expertise to contribute positively to the growth objectives of Private Banking through optimal collaboration.

Requirements

• You can explain complex financial issues comprehensibly.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge and inspire clients.
• You are able to translate substantive knowledge into the needs of clients and create commercial opportunities.
• You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• You have the ability to act as a strong interlocutor for our clients.

Qualifications

• A completed academic education.
• Proven knowledge of Taxation & Family Governance.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of wealth structuring.
• Completed WFT Basis and WFT Wealth.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in serving Private Banking clients & DGA’s.

You combine in-depth tax knowledge with the ability to make complex matters understandable and inspire clients.
