About the Position

Commercial Intelligence & Analytics Manager

Location: Gurgaon, India

Type: Permanent - Full Time

Responsibilities

As the Commercial Intelligence & Analytics Manager, you will:

Build and lead a new team within Revenue Operations, supporting the global commercial intelligence and reporting portfolio owned by Regional Sales Operations (RSO).
Establish a scalable analytics operations function that delivers reliable, high-quality insights and reporting solutions.
Lead a team of five individual contributors and manage the operational lifecycle of reporting and analytics solutions.
Translate business requirements into effective delivery plans, establish clear execution standards, and ensure solutions are delivered consistently and predictably.
Establish processes, governance, and performance measures required to scale the function.
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate reporting and analytics processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
Recruit, coach, and develop your team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Requirements

9+ years of relevant experience in commercial intelligence, BI, reporting, analytics, or data delivery, including demonstrated experience leading people and/or managing complex delivery operations.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team, establish clear accountability, and create a high-performing and collaborative working environment.
Strong understanding of BI and reporting technologies, data models, and reporting architecture, with practical experience using SQL and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
Experience managing end-to-end delivery, including backlog and capacity management, prioritization, delivery planning, quality assurance, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and resolve complex reporting and data issues.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams and balancing business priorities with technical constraints.
Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to build processes from scratch, establish operational rigor, manage ambiguity, and drive accountability.
A continuous-improvement mindset, with an interest in automation, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable analytics solutions, alongside strong ownership, adaptability, and a commitment to developing people.
Strong experience with ticket-based request management and structured stakeholder engagement, including intake, prioritization, documentation, status tracking, and delivery governance.
