Responsibilities

As our Commercial Project Manager, you won’t just track projects, you’ll drive them forward. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Oversee every commercial project’s progress with precision and attention to detail
Manage job costing and conduct post-completion reviews to ensure profitability goals are met
Collaborate closely with field teams to maintain cost controls and maximize efficiency
Provide monthly metrics and Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports to Operations
Design and implement policies to boost operational efficiency across all projects
Track subcontractor labor and material costs to optimize spending
Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to drive overall profitability

Requirements

3+ years of experience in commercial project management within a construction or electrical environment
Strong abilities in job costing, metrics reporting, and operational procedures
Expertise in tracking labor and material costs with an eye for cost reduction
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with field teams and senior management
Analytical mindset focused on improving profitability and efficiency
Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures
